The Department of Fire Services is seeking to contract with a single vendor with the ability to provide and/or oversee the maintenance and repair of our gas school liquified natural gas (LNG) and liquified propane gas (LPG) above ground storage tanks (ASTs), training props, equipment and overall infrastructure.
Pre-Bid Conference: Pre-Bid conference will be held at the DFS Stow Campus, 1 State Road, Stow MA, on Thursday July 30, 2026 at 10am. All vendors are strongly encouraged to attend.
The vendor must perform maintenance and repair of LNG and LPG above ground storage tanks, training props, equipment, and overall infrastructure at the DFS Stow Campus. Work must comply with applicable codes including The National Board Inspection Code, 527 CMR 1.00, 502 CMR 5.00, NFPA 1, NFPA 58, NFPA 59, and NFPA 59A. The vendor must hold any licensure and certifications required to work on LPG and LNG infrastructure. Prices for all three contract years must be provided using the bidder's response sheet.
