GRAND CANYON NATIONAL PARK (GRCA)- REQUIRES FUEL I

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to replace obsolete fuel site controllers (Gasboy Islander PLUS) with Gasboy SitePrime UX controllers, replace Veeder-Root TLS-350 automatic tank gauges with TLS450 Plus units, and replace the legacy SiteOmat FHO on-premise software with a cloud-hosted SaaS platform (Gasboy EKOS or approved alternate) at three sites: North Rim Fuel Site (2 Maintenance Loop, North Rim, AZ 86052), South Rim Diesel/Bulk Fuel Site, and South Rim Unleaded Fuel Site (14 Albright Ave, Grand Canyon Village, AZ 86023). Work includes demo and disposal of existing hardware, installation of new hardware, data migration, FOB reprogramming/replacement, training, and a first-year software subscription. The existing Gasboy Atlas mechanical dispensers are retained. The contractor must be an authorized Gasboy Atlas dealer and ensure compatibility with existing dispensers. The North Rim site must achieve Substantial Completion no later than 31 October due to snowfall risk; all work must be complete by 15 December.
