The Town of Chelmsford is seeking bids for disposal of material collected during the street sweeping and catch basin cleaning the material is considered solid waste and shall be handled in accordance with MA State Solid Waste regulations. This IFB is for the furnishing of all equipment, labor and materials necessary to haul and dispose of the stockpiled material at a licensed disposal site or other permitted processing facility. The bidder must furnish all equipment, labor and materials necessary to haul and dispose of stockpiled street sweeping and catch basin cleaning debris from the Town of Chelmsford salt shed at 40 Swain Road, North Chelmsford, MA to a licensed disposal site or other permitted processing facility, in conformance with M.G.L. c. 30-39M.
