All diesel fuel deliveries shall be made to the Department of Public Works Fuel Island located at One Sea Street, Quincy, MA 02169. All delivery trucks shall have accepted Massachusetts Calibrated Tanks. All bids of diesel fuel regarding sulfur content MUST conform with the regulations of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and all its subdivisions.
