EOHLC2026-69 Seasonal Communities Grant Program FY27

The grant program will award funds to eligible Seasonal Communities for a variety of activities, including planning and zoning activities (such as housing needs assessments, zoning revisions, and planning for housing development), local actions for housing development (such as funding for housing development projects, technical assistance to establish a Year-Round Housing Trust Fund, and seed funding for such trusts), and public horizontal infrastructure projects to leverage housing development (including pre-construction and construction related to sewer lines, septic systems, water lines, utility extensions, streets, roads, curb cuts, and other transit improvements). Funds are disbursed on a cost-incurred reimbursement basis, and projects must be able to fully spend awarded funds by June 30, 2027.
