The North Suburban Consortium (NSC), a group of eight communities, composed of Arlington, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, Revere, and Winthrop has received $7.3 million in HOME Investment Partnership Program American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) funding. The City of Malden, as the lead agency, is accepting applications from qualified applicants for rental developments for Qualifying Populations, such as homeless individuals or those at-risk of homelessness.
