Council on Aging Chimney Masonry Repairs

The Designer will provide services through all phases: Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, Construction Administration, and Close-out. Duties include site evaluation, programming, conceptual design, cost estimating, permitting, assisting with contractor prequalification and bid review, observing construction, reviewing payment applications, and preparing punch lists. The project encompasses an outdoor amphitheater (approx. 300 lawn seats), a separate restroom building, an indoor stage with learning center, a vendor area, and associated utilities, sidewalks, and parking.
