Scope elements include the rehabilitation of a 106-inch x 68-inch sewer crossing the Scioto River, as well as modifications to Designed Sewer Relief (DSR) structure 399. Located 5,000 feet upstream of the RPFCS, DSR 399 bypasses flow to the Scioto River when the gate is closed. The structure requires 33.5 feet of hydraulic head from the Scioto Main invert to fully activate.
