The City is seeking a qualified provider to facilitate the performance of city vehicle graphics manufacturing, application, removal, and inventory management services, including but not limited to the following:

The provider will perform application, removal, or repair of vehicle graphics for city vehicles including Charlotte Fire Department, CMPD, MCSO, and Solid Waste heavy trucks; transport light and medium vehicles from storage to the work area without city assistance; provide same-day or next-day turnaround for emergency requests; offer online ordering; designate personnel to share service and inventory data; and organize meetings for service improvements and contract compliance.
