The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) is soliciting bids from qualified firms who have the ability to provide specialty gas (liquid argon and nitrogen) refill services for DTSC's Environmental Chemistry Laboratory (ECL) located at 757 South Raymond Avenue, Suite 105, Pasadena, CA 91105.
