Pre-Bid Conference: ATTENDANCE REQUIRED: Date and Time: Tuesday October 13th at 10am Address: Central and Main on the State Fairgrounds (Fire Museum).
The vendor will grind the existing bare concrete flooring with HEPA equipment, repair any cracks and gaps including filling and bridging all age cracks, cold joints, and the exterior expansion joint, then install Sherwin Williams Resuflor system: Resuflor Deco Flake SB / FB-4210 Europa ¼” flake, first grout coat of Resuflor UVE @ 15-20 mils, second grout coat of Resuflor UVE @ 8-12 mils if required for flatness, and topcoat of Resutile HPS 100 after abrading UVE with 120-180 grit. Work must be performed Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
