Contractor shall furnish labor, materials, equipment, tools and transportation to prep 3,021 square feet in 13 Level 1 Food Service rooms in Building 802, including patching holes and cracks with epoxy patch, diamond grinding concrete, installing epoxy primer with decorative flake, grey epoxy mid-coat with large style flake, top-coat sealer and polyaspartic sealer, 1x4 smart boards with flake and seal, and epoxy Moisture Vapor Barrier to all areas and baseboards, plus protection of kitchen equipment and HVAC ventilation, with closeout inspection and service documentation, reports and warranties within five days of completion.
