The vendor shall provide Posit PBC software including 50 Posit Workbench licenses and 100 Posit Connect licenses; access to all software functionality for creating, developing, administering, publishing, managing, and sharing analytics applications; administrative access for designated agency personnel; user access for authorized agency personnel; a software licensing subscription that includes maintenance, updates, technical support, and customer service throughout the contract term; technical support during normal business hours in the Central Time Zone with an escalation process for critical issues; documented response and resolution time objectives; customer service for subscription administration, account management, user onboarding, licensing, and configuration assistance; support through email, telephone, and an online support portal; routine software maintenance, security updates, bug fixes, and product enhancements at no additional cost; access to online documentation, user guides, release notes, knowledge base articles, training materials, and self-service resources; and a Service Level Agreement describing system availability, planned maintenance windows, performance expectations, and support commitments.
