The State of Illinois is requesting proposals for an Electronic Audit Software solution that supports the comprehensive execution and management of tasks throughout the audit engagement life cycle. The solution must include user management and access control, audit engagement management (risk assessment, time budgeting, workpaper preparation, sign-off, and archiving), audit planning and administration, data privacy and security (ensuring each agency's data is proprietary), and integration with the State's Single Sign-On platform (Okta). The vendor must provide initial and ongoing training, comprehensive user documentation, and technical support for system administration and troubleshooting. The software must support compliance with the Institute of Internal Auditors' Global Internal Audit Standards and allow multiple auditors to collaborate concurrently on the same project.
