The Department of Innovation and Technology, on Behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs, is soliciting a Veterans Benefit Management System.
The contractor must provide all labor, personnel, services, commodities, hardware, software, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required to install and implement an established, fully operational web-hosted SAAS veterans’ benefits information system, including data conversion and migration, training, monthly system access subscription, technical support, and system maintenance. The system must support electronic claims submittal to VA scan centers, a customer-facing portal for veterans to submit applications and manage state benefits (hunting/fishing licenses, camping permits), and automation of all major business processes, reporting, and workflow.
