The lessee will farm designated crop fields according to a cropping plan (Attachment B), including corn, soybeans, cover crops, and food plots, while following conservation practices, soil testing, and record-keeping requirements. The lessee must provide all labor, machinery, tools, seed, fertilizer, equipment, and insurance. The lease prohibits subcontracting, neonicotinoid-treated soybean seed, and Dicamba use. The lessee must guarantee lease payment annually, pay leasehold taxes, and submit required documentation such as chemical application logs, seed reports, and yield monitor data.
