The lessee will provide all necessary labor, machinery, tools, seed, fertilizer, equipment and insurance to perform farming operations on designated fields at Pyramid State Park, following a specified cropping plan that includes corn, soybeans, cover crops, sunflower, millet, and food plots. The lessee must adhere to conservation practices, soil testing requirements, and restrictions on neonicotinoid and Dicamba use. The lease also requires the lessee to guarantee payment annually, pay leasehold taxes, and maintain liability insurance.
