EMERGENCY NOTICE- The Department of Agriculture is using the Emergency Quick Purchase Method by Section 20-30(d) of the Illinois Procurement Code to procure thirteen (13) Ford Mavericks for our inspectors who must be able to travel throughout the State of Illinois.
