The County intends to license the Alameda County Fairgrounds property (APN 946-3485-001-07 and APN 946-3485-001-05) for the installation, operation, repair, modification, maintenance, and removal of telecommunications equipment to provide wireless services. The licensee is responsible for any required improvements to the site including access, utilities, and security, and must install equipment in a good and workmanlike manner by a licensed contractor in compliance with applicable laws.
