QUESTIONS PRIOR TO DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSAL: All questions must be in writing and directed to the procurement officer. The interested party must confirm phone conversations in writing.
DEADLINE FOR RECEIVE OF PROPOSAL: Bids must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. AKST on August 5, 2026. faxed, oral, or physical bids will not be accepted.

The contractor will provide pre-employment screening/examination/evaluation services (estimated 120 applicants per term), fitness for duty evaluation services (estimated 5 per term), and officer involved shooting check-ins (estimated 20 per term) for the Department of Public Safety. The contract includes an initial term and four renewal terms, with consultation services beyond three hours per month billed at an hourly rate. Cost proposals must be fixed price and include all direct and indirect costs.
