The offeror shall provide complete design and construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services required to complete the installation of pre-fabricated containers at Guayaquil Port in Ecuador. The containers required include a kitchen and dining area, dormitories for 12 people (8 men and 4 women, separated) including 2 bathroom facilities, an administration office including restroom facilities, and a storage area. The five containers shall be high cube containers of 40’ meeting the specifications provided in the solicitation. The contractor shall be responsible for seamlessly integrating all essential utilities with the existing services on-site, including connections to the potable water system, sewage system, and electricity grid. The contractor shall also supply and install air conditioning systems, communication and CCTV system, fire protection system, furniture, and other equipment as provided in the solicitation.
