Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services - Fort Bliss, TX

The contractor shall operate and manage the Laundry Distribution and Collection Point(s) for the exchange of linens, maintain a contractor-developed accountability system, and maintain the Post Laundry Program (PLP). The contractor shall provide laundry service to Government authorized customers only, and in the case of a holiday or emergency, execute laundry service on the following business day. The contractor shall use bio-base cleaning products, submit deliverables IAW Attachment 2, ensure all linens are clean and serviceable, fold and bundle finished linen, exchange soiled linen for clean like items, follow TG MED 314, return items that fail quality standards for re-laundering at no additional cost, clean specialty items (e.g., OCIE), complete all laundered and dry-cleaned items within five business days, clean flags, bunting, ceremonial uniforms, and chaplains' vestments, invoice for draperies at the established rate, repair or replace items damaged during laundering, resolve claims for lost or damaged items within ten business days, transport cleaned items segregated from soiled items, clean vehicles with germicidal cleaner after each working day, and maintain accountability of Government-owned items.
