The Government is notifying the public of NGAME RFP/Solicitation to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the qualification requirements for the Support Equipment & Vehicles (SE&V) Division's MMHE portfolio. The primary purpose of the proposed NGAME contract is to establish a robust industrial vendor base capable of designing, developing, testing, manufacturing, and sustaining innovative MMHE. A significant emphasis of this effort is on equipment that must achieve and maintain Nuclear Certification in accordance with AFI 63-125, Nuclear Certification Program.
Per RFO 5.101(c)(4): All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency at RAFB AFLCMC/ROKA MMHE division.
NGAME will not accept any foreign participation.
Direct awards will be restricted to entities with a valid US CAE code. The Buy America Act enforce that all end items must be manufactured in the US. The primary purpose of the proposed NGAME contract is to establish a robust industrial vendor base capable of designing, developing, testing, manufacturing, and sustaining innovative MMHE.
The contractor will design, develop, test, manufacture, and sustain innovative MMHE including specialized tools, vehicles, and hardware to safely transport, store, load, and assist the buildup of various armaments (both nuclear and conventional) for fighter, bomber, cargo/airlift, tanker, and unmanned aircraft. The scope includes demonstrated production of MMHE for transporting, loading/unloading, and assisting buildup of armaments; transport of armaments over smooth or rough terrain; design/development/integration/test/production of MMHE; use of Digital Engineering/Model-Based Systems Engineering; innovation and modernization of MMHE; and provision of technical orders, maintenance/manuals, training material, and operation manuals. The contract is a 10-year IDIQ MAC not intended for long-term sustainment or full production runs.
