This notice is prepared IAW RFO FAR 5.1 and 12.201-1(c)(2). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.
The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price service contract outlines in the attached SOO and must follow the regulations per attached Guam EPA Recycling Guide 2026.
The contractor shall accept delivery of 300 tons of green waste from Northwest Field, Andersen AFB Guam, transported by USAF personnel, and dispose of it at a permitted off-base disposal site. The contractor may market the green waste and retain the revenue. The contractor must be available during normal duty hours and for after-hours response to emergencies, and must provide a contract manager or alternate with full authority.
