Solicitation and the Solicitation Amendment for William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, Texas Water Purification and Treatment Services
The contractor must deliver, set up, and maintain a fully enclosed water purification and treatment system, including a 60 gpm RO unit, 2000-gallon storage tank, chemical injection quill, bag filters, pumps, heaters, and a raised covered platform. The system must operate 24/7 and be NFPA 72 & NFPA 13 compliant. The contractor must provide monthly water testing, maintain a 95% uptime rate, and perform all scheduled and remedial maintenance. The contractor must also provide a Program Manager, technical orientation, and a Water Management Plan supplement. The base period is 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027, with two option years.
