Chiller Plant Preventative Maintenance

The contractor will perform preventative maintenance on five centrifugal liquid York chillers (four 1,000-ton and one 500-ton) located in Building 23, their associated Toshiba and York variable frequency drives, and monitor refrigerant leakage from the same chillers. The chiller plant is the sole source of cooling for the facility, serving a primary/secondary chilled water loop that provides cooling medium for air handling units and fan-coil units.
