The contractor shall perform comprehensive inspection, cleaning, testing, and maintenance of HVAC equipment including AHU filter inspection, AHU cleaning, AHU airflow and performance testing, AHU inspection, AHU humidifier planned maintenance, induction unit maintenance and cleaning, and isolation valve installation at both the Omaha VAMC (4101 Woolworth Ave, Omaha, NE 68105) and Grand Island VAMC (2201 N Broadwell Ave, Grand Island, NE 68803). The contract also includes a one-time MERV replacement service for HEPA filters in chemotherapy, SPS, radiology, and ICU spaces. The contractor must provide written inspection reports, before and after photos, and invoice documentation.
