The contractor shall provide a 1-year service agreement that includes scheduled preventive maintenance inspections, on-site corrective maintenance and repair, replacement of defective parts (including parts coverage), technical support and diagnostics, on-site service coverage, annual PMI per manufacturer recommendations, 36-hour on-site response time for service calls, all required parts for covered equipment, and a once-a-year radiation study. The equipment covered includes 3 Smiths Detection Model 60402is units (serial numbers #206589, #158412, #153439) and 1 Smiths Detection Model 5030C unit (serial number #211057). Service Level Agreement requires 36-hour on-site response time, coverage 24 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday), with no weekend coverage unless otherwise specified.
