To plan and execute the annual THP maintenance shutdown for the Cambi B6‑4 Thermal Hydrolysis Process (THP) at the Neuse River Resource Recovery Facility (NRRRF). The selected firm will provide OEM‑qualified personnel and services to safely remove the THP from service, perform cleaning, inspection, preventive maintenance, authorized repairs, and return the system to operation. During the contract term the firm could provide emergency and on-call assistance support services if requested. No representation or guarantee is made regarding the quantity of work to be awarded under any as‐needed service contract.

The awarded proposer shall provide OEM-qualified personnel and services for the annual THP maintenance shutdown. The scope includes pre-shutdown planning and coordination; inspection and preventive maintenance of the pulper system, pumps (pulper recirculation and reactor feed), hydrolysis reactors, flash tank, digester feed pumps, valves and process piping, wear and tear components, pressure and safety devices, instrumentation and controls; lubrication and preventive maintenance; refurbishment and corrective maintenance as authorized; supervision, assembly, and return-to-service; and safety and compliance. The contractor must also provide a pre-shutdown work plan and schedule, and a post-shutdown report within 15 business days.
