The 126th Air Refueling Wing has a requirement for various concrete repair projects across the campus.
Please refer to the attached document titled "Combined Synopsis-Solicitation_W50S7S26Q0013" for full details regarding this requirement. The attached document contains the complete Statement of RFO Compliance, Requirement Description, Line Item Structure (CLIN 0001), Site Visit Instructions, Bonds and Payment Protection information, and all applicable RFO Provisions and Clauses (including specific quote submission instructions and evaluation factors).
Vendors must review the Combined Synopsis-Solicitation attachment and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in their entirety prior to submitting a quote.
The contractor shall provide all management, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to repair multiple areas of damaged concrete and for buildings located on the 126 ARW campus. Work includes: breaking and removing 350 SY of concrete sidewalk and sealing 250 LF of concrete cracks; replacing seven trench drains and surrounding cracked concrete at Building 5006; removing and replacing a concrete sidewalk panel at the POL Building 5036; installing a concrete foundation and reinstalling a vehicle ramp north of Building 5006; and installing an access ramp and sidewalk north of Building 5010. All work is within Buildings 5006, 5008, 5010 and 5036 at Scott AFB, Illinois.
