SPS Critical Water Testing

The contractor will provide all materials to collect monthly, quarterly, and annual water samples, including transportation of materials and samples to and from Omaha VAMC (4101 Woolworth Ave, Omaha, NE 68105) and Grand Island VAMC (2201 N Broadwell Ave, Grand Island, NE 68803). Testing shall be in accordance with ANSI/AAMI ST108:2023. The contractor must acknowledge receipt of task orders within 24 hours, provide labeled return shipping containers and prepaid labels, and deliver test results via PDF within 14 days. Reports must include a summary of out-of-parameter results, compliance status, anomalies, and corrective action recommendations. The contract is an IDIQ with a 5-year ordering period; estimated quantities include 792 monthly Omaha critical water tests, 360 monthly Grand Island critical water tests, and various quarterly and annual tests.
