Interactive Wayfinding Maps Service

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, hardware, software, supervision, and other items necessary to provide a web-based interactive mapping platform including SaaS hosting and maintenance, interactive digital wayfinding maps with approved campus, floor plan, destination, entrance, parking, and route information, 'You Are Here' wall maps in digital file format only, and up to ten (10) hours of Government-authorized content changes per contract year. The solution shall support access from personal computers, tablets, and mobile devices, and allow users to search for approved destinations and receive route guidance. The contractor shall also provide project management, site verification, documentation, training, and comply with all security and privacy requirements.
