Section C:
The contractor shall provide all equipment and labor necessary for HVAC air duct and ventilation cleaning at Building 950, JBSA-Lackland AFB. Work includes cleaning 119 register/vent openings, 87 air returns, and 280 linear feet of trunk lines, plus all associated ductwork in 21 offices, 4 restrooms, 1 breakroom, 1 great hall, and common hallways. The contractor must also perform sanitization, deodorization, and microbial control using EPA-registered chemicals; establish continuous negative pressure with HEPA filtration; mitigate hazardous lead dust in compliance with OSHA standards; and perform TCLP testing and proper waste disposal. Work hours are after duty hours, 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
