Blood Bank Reagents - New Base Plus Four Option Year Contract

The contractor shall provide reagents necessary to conduct transfusion testing, manifest/invoice of reagents shipped, ship reagents as per the schedule, provide a reagent user guide, transport containers to ensure reagent integrity, supply any special preservatives, provide a means of communication for status inquiries, and provide monthly billing by the 20th of each month. The contractor must also notify the VA of quality errors or delivery disruptions, supply replacement reagents at no charge for defects, and advise of any changes in reagent methodology.
