The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for the renovation of one kitchen in one USG Building.
The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.

The project comprises the full renovation of the kitchen breakroom in Room B15, Building B, at the U.S. Embassy Paris. Lot 1 covers the complete fit-out of the kitchen space, including demolition of all existing equipment and finishes; installation of new ceramic floor and wall tiling; supply and installation of a full kitchen cabinet suite with integrated appliances; a custom quartz countertop; a new stainless steel sink and mixer tap; reinstallation of the existing water fountain; new dedicated plumbing, drainage, and electrical circuits; and concealed under-cabinet LED lighting with occupancy sensor control. Lot 2 covers the partial demolition of an existing non-load-bearing partition and installation of a custom steel-framed workshop-style glazed screen above 2,000mm finished floor level, with a 200mm coffee bar shelf at the junction.
