The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems (ATC&LS) Division, operating under the organic Lead Systems Integrator® (oLSI®) model, requests to award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Task Order (TO) for Hardware and Software Trouble Report (TR) Support. The NAWCAD WOLF Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATC&LS) Division, operating under the oLSI® model, is the In-Service Engineering Activity (ISEA) for all Navy ATC&LS. The ATC&LS Division, operating under the oLSI® model, has requirements for hardware and software Trouble Report (TR) Support. This requirement is in direct support of projects related to multiple major defense acquisition programs, other acquisition category designations, and/or other defense weapons systems to include, but not be limited to, Navy Precision Approach and Landing Systems (PALS) and the Joint Precision Approach and Landing Systems (JPALS) interface with an agile management approach to ensure that solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively. Anticipated Period of Performance: April 2027 – April 2032
Anticipated Place of Performance: 100% of work will be performed at Contractor site.
Provide Hardware and Software Trouble Report Support for the NAWCAD WOLF Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems Division as the In-Service Engineering Activity for all Navy ATC&LS, in direct support of multiple major defense acquisition programs including Navy Precision Approach and Landing Systems and the Joint Precision Approach and Landing Systems interface with an agile management approach, including required hardware, engineering services and upgrades to improve ATC&LS components and assemblies.
