The contractor shall provide disposal of EPA RCRA defined hazardous, non-hazardous and universal waste, including recycling, lab pack disposal services, and dual waste disposal services. Additional services include disposal of neutralized DEA controlled substances and orientation training for the Montana GEMS program manager. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, analysis, travel, transportation, documentation, waste treatment, disposal and support services required to categorize, package, transport, document and dispose of hazardous, non-hazardous, biohazardous dual hazardous waste, neutralized DEA controlled substances and universal wastes from requested Montana VA Sites. The contractor must also provide and maintain all licenses and permits to conduct waste removal to final disposal, and provide initial hazardous waste orientation training.
