759 nm Butterfly Packaged Lasers & Laser Amplifiers

The contractor must supply three types of laser equipment: two semiconductor laser amplifiers with evaluation board mounts (output power >=1.5 W, 14-pin butterfly package, integrated TEC and thermistor), three compact external cavity diode lasers (759.35 nm, mode-hop free tuning >10 GHz, linewidth <150 kHz, output power >=10 mW), and one compact single-frequency distributed feedback laser (759.35 nm, output power >=12 mW, linewidth <=2 MHz). All items must be delivered FOB Destination to NIST in Boulder, CO within 18 weeks ARO. The award will be a firm-fixed price purchase order based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation.
