NIWC Pacific is seeking to acquire the fabrication of custom Modular KVM Mount Brackets. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This enclosure is an addendum to FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Products and Commercial Services, which applies to this acquisition. Competitive quotes are being requested under Request for Quote (RFQ) Number N66001-26-Q-6264. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 332710, Machine Shops, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5340. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Only quotes submitted by Small Business Concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a non-Small Business Concern will not be considered for award. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation conforming to the solicitation represents the most advantageous offer to the Government as defined in the EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD within the attached document C2.1 Combined_Synopsis_Solicitation_KVM_Mount Amend 0003.

The contractor shall source materials, fabricate, finish, and deliver 800 hanging KVM mount brackets. The work includes cutting, bending, drilling, applying black powder coat finish, and providing knurled screw clamps, L-brackets, and KVM support brackets. The brackets must be made from .080" thick Aluminum 6061-T6 (main piece), .035" thick Aluminum 6061-T6 (KVM support brackets), and 3/16" Aluminum 6061-T6 (L brackets). The contractor must deliver a first article for government inspection and approval prior to full production. Delivery is FOB Destination to 2525 Aviation Way, Colorado Springs, CO 80916.
