The contractor is required to provide Gardening and Landscaping Services for the U.S. Consulate Adana. The anticipated performance period is for a base year only, with none year option, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The responsible source shall be located or have a T**ürkiye Branch Office located in T****ürkiye.**
The prices shall include all labor, materials and equipment, insurance, overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor at the satisfactory completion of monthly services upon receipt of a proper invoice.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price type contract.
The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
