Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance - Iraq

The contractor shall maintain landscaped areas, improved grounds, exposed soil areas, sand-surface recreational areas, exterior perimeter areas, and other designated exterior areas within the contract work area. Work includes mobilization, inside-perimeter grounds maintenance, sand-surface recreational area maintenance, irrigation system maintenance and repair, recovery area remediation, exterior perimeter groundskeeping, security visibility vegetation control, camera exterior surface cleaning, concertina wire work, exterior paved-surface cleaning, vegetative debris handling, erosion control, quality control, and GMMS work tracking. The contractor shall also perform erosion control, seasonal lighting and decorations installation and removal, and cleaning of streets, sidewalks, and stairs. The contractor shall remediate up to 1000 square meters of recovery areas each month.
