The contractor shall provide residential placement and supportive services for up to 2 Veterans per day under a five-year IDIQ contract. Services include room and board (bed, furnishings, linens), three nutritionally adequate meals daily plus snacks, on-site laundry facilities, a clean and safe environment of care, transportation to VA medical appointments, and therapeutic/rehabilitative services such as structured group activities, health and personal hygiene instruction, medication storage, supportive social services, individual professional counseling, assistance with independent living skills, and support for an alcohol/drug-free lifestyle. The contractor must maintain a current occupancy permit, state licensure, comply with fire and safety codes, and ensure the facility is handicap accessible. The contractor must also comply with records management, information security, and privacy requirements, and submit monthly invoices and reports.
