CRMO REPLACE DOORS ON VISITOR CENTER

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals to remove and replace existing storefront door assemblies at the Visitor Center. The work includes demolition of existing doors, frames, glazing, and hardware; installation of new commercial-grade aluminum storefront door systems (Kawneer, YKK AP, Tubelite, or approved equal) with specified glazing and hardware; field verification of openings; sealing exterior joints; adjusting doors for proper operation; and ensuring ADA compliance. The contractor must also submit shop drawings and product data for NPS review, perform final inspection and operational testing, and clean the site. Work must be coordinated to minimize disruption to Visitor Center operations and maintain safe public access.
