The contractor will provide all labor, materials and equipment for the demolition and construction services needed to complete the seismic retrofit of Building 11 at the Roseburg VAMC. The renovation includes demolition, new construction, interior alterations, and seismic retrofit, as well as all work in the specifications and drawings. All work must meet SOW, drawings, and specification requirements as well as any applicable manufacturer’s recommended installation procedures.
