The work includes designing, building, furnishing and installing one 30 ton bridge crane to replace the existing bridge crane in the Folsom Dam Warehouse. Principal components include existing crane removal and disposal (with asbestos and other hazardous materials present), new crane design, fabrication, and installation, new crane power supply up to the main power disconnect, performing a rail survey and optionally repairing or replacing the existing rail system, performing commissioning tests and load tests, performing operation and maintenance training, and coordination with the Government.
