Surgical Instrument Repair
The contractor shall provide monthly on-site same day services to repair, refurbish, and assess for replacement surgical instruments, rigid sterilization containers, and case carts at the GCVHCS in Biloxi, MS and quarterly at the Joint Ambulatory Care Center in Pensacola, FL. Services include preventive maintenance, scheduled repairs, refurbishment, and emergency repairs. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and a mobile repair vehicle. Repairs must comply with ANSI-AAMI ST-79:2010 Part 7.7 and manufacturer specifications. The contractor must also provide a summary document with each delivery detailing date of repair, instrument type, type of repair, and cost.
