The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, is seeking quotes for the requirement of three (3) John Deere Gator XUV845R Premium Cab Utility XUVs in support of the 325th Logistics Readiness Squadron.
The required UTVs shall provide a safe and capable solution for the daily transportation of personnel, equipment, and heavy flight line logistics. The vehicles must possess a minimum towing capacity of 4,000 pounds to safely tow full fuel bowsers. Due to strict towing and safety requirements, this is a Brand Name acquisition for the John Deere Gator XUV845R.
This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336999, All Other Transportation Equipment Manufacturing. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 2310, Passenger Motor Vehicles.
Interested vendors shall submit a quote demonstrating compliance with all solicitation requirements, including pricing, estimated delivery lead time, and any supporting technical literature necessary to evaluate compliance with the requirement.

The contractor shall provide three new, current-year model John Deere 845R XUVs Premium Cabs. The vehicles must have a minimum towing capacity of 4,000 lbs, seating for three, on-demand 4WD, independent suspension, and a minimum 1,200 lb payload capacity. They must be equipped with full-size doors, safety glass windshield with wiper, 3-point seatbelts, ROPS, mirrors, lighting, horn, and reverse backup alarm for paved road operation. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to Tyndall AFB, Florida, fully assembled and ready for operation. The contractor must provide a standard OEM commercial warranty including at least a 1-year limited warranty on powertrain and chassis, and two sets of operator and maintenance manuals per vehicle.
