The pre-qualified vendors will be invited to submit written price quotes on an as-needed basis for projects involving playground, park, and water park equipment and parts. The work may include purchase only, purchase and installation, or demolition removal and disposal. Vendors must provide all necessary supervision, labor, equipment, materials, tools, machinery, transportation, and other facilities to complete the work. Deliveries and installations occur during normal County operational hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Projects are awarded on an all-or-none basis to the lowest responsive, responsible vendor, with applicable preferences.
