Mobile Surveillance Security Systems

The Contractor shall provide, deliver, install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and remove two contractor-owned mobile surveillance security trailer units under a rental/lease service agreement. The systems shall provide autonomous, temporary security capability for monitoring facility access points, building entrances, vehicle bays, perimeter areas, and other critical access points. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, communications capability, monitoring services, maintenance, cloud storage, software access, and technical support necessary for full system operation throughout the period of performance. Each unit shall be solar-powered with battery backup, have 360-degree panoramic camera coverage, minimum 4K Ultra HD resolution, infrared illumination range of at least 330 feet, human detection analytics range of at least 325 feet, and cloud-based storage for a minimum of 90 days. The Contractor shall provide continuous 24/7/365 monitoring with live human monitoring during non-business hours and automated alerting. The two systems shall be fully delivered, installed, configured, tested, and ready for Government acceptance no later than 10 calendar days after contract award.
