The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), on behalf of the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), has a need for the Replacement of Security Gate Systems at the MSHA Approval and Certification Center (A&CC) in Triadelphia, West Virginia, in accordance with this Request for Proposal (RFP).
This RFP will result in a single award.
The Period of Performance shall be Upon Receipt of Award to 120 Days After Award.
This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures will be utilized.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to dismantle and dispose of legacy Security Gate Systems and install new security gate systems at three building entrances (B-1, B-2, B-3) at the MSHA A&CC campus. Work includes installing slider gates, pivot gates, traffic arms, access control systems, card readers, CCTV cameras (PTZ and LPR), network video recorders, servers, and all associated communications hardware. The contractor must also provide 150 vehicle tags, ensure all software is licensed in the government's name, and provide training on hardware and software. The period of performance is 120 days after award.
